Can anyone tell me what this is for in the 5F Adaption channels?

Just trying to figure out what it does?

According to my information, it is currently unused but planned for an „active weariness recognition“. This means some kind of camera is checking the driver’s attention (on the road).
I wonder if a car with this feature will be released anytime.
