Vcds reinstall on a new computer

Is there any "Special" procedure for uninstalling vcds from one laptop and then instaling it on the laptop and registering the same cable on the new laptop?

install software , connect to car or bench OBD2 test , go to OPTIONS, select PORT , and click TEST
or maybe tell what happen

Nope. All license and registration data is stored in the interface itself. VCDS will retrieve that stuff from the interface when you do what Spacewalker wrote.

You don't need to un-install from the old laptop either. However, you might want to look in the Logs, Scans, Debug, and Labels\User sub-folders to see if there are files in there that you'd like to keep and if so, copy them to the same folders on your new computer.
