Multi Language VCDS programm

If i install russian version of vcds programm it is a lot information present like ???????????????? this
Have you idea what to do?
Russian is installed and set as defalt win 10 PRo

This generally means some setting in Windows that needs to be adjusted, but I am not sure exactly what it is in Windows 10. I'm sure our official Russian-language distributors could/would help with that if you had purchased your system from them.

However the system you have came from a distributor in Canada and is not licensed for Russian, so even you get it to display properly, it isn't going to work very well.

- i buy it in Canada but from March 2020 i will come back to Ukraine and i will work in my shop in Ukraine
It will work correctly?

And on first page of ross-tech.com write that
VCDS is also available in
the following languages:

Italiano
Magyar (Hungarian)
Nederlands

Russian
Svenska

and no notice about licenses for this languages

I think you missed the part right under that:

Note: Ross-Tech will ship worldwide,
but systems bought directly from us are
licensed for the English version only.
If you want VCDS in one of the above languages,
please contact the appropriate distributor.

What you bought is licensed for the English version only.

Yes, some of them still live in 1995.

Should help in this situation, save for Russian language of what's appropriate. However this will not create licence for Russian vcds.
