2014 Audi allroad 2.0 60K miles. Borrowed my friends VCDS
Been getting this every so often. used to self clear but now returning.
Trips usually after a mile or so after restart when engine is hot.

Back story abut 9 months ago had this same code and replaced the oil breather assembly which fixed it (along w/ an erratic idle)
Idle is ok now.
Data logged (3 mile drive) Long term adaptation of mixture formation bank 1. Running between 3 and 7% typically 5% Is this bad?
Short term bounces +/- . Air leak somewhere? Smoke test next?
Also seeing cylinder 1 and 3 misfires during warmup / first mile driving (not at start or hot) Replaced coil packs and plugs not change Clys 2 and 4 are quiet.
