^^^ib97: As I understand, the NAR channel will unlock the doors when the car is put unto park on automatic cars or when the key is pulled in manual cars - but it seems most incongruous for a car that is driven in Croatia to be programmed for NAR autounlock (unless, of course you particularly want this "yankee" feature)!!

As you can see from your AdpLog.CSV file - this channel was correctly set at the factory as not active and for some reason it was changed to active.

I"ve looked at the code-string on your BCM in your CodingLog.CSV file and if I compare the earliest "from" value to the latest "to" value - I get this:

    Code:
    Name	from to
    Byte	Hex	Binary Hex	Binary
    0	00	00000000	00	00000000
    1	00	00000000	00	00000000
    2	08	00001000	08	00001000
    3	40	01000000	40	01000000
    4	42	01000010	42	01000010
    5	53	01010011	53	01010011
    6	00	00000000	00	00000000
    7	5B	01011011	5B	01011011
    8	4B	01001011	4B	01001011
    9	84	10000100	84	10000100
    10	40	01000000	40	01000000
    11	00	00000000	00	00000000
    12	40	01000000	40	01000000
    13	07	00000111	07	00000111
    14	03	00000011	03	00000011
    15	88	10001000	88	10001000
    16	00	00000000	00	00000000
    17	00	00000000	00	00000000
    18	58	01011000	58	01011000
    19	02	00000010	02	00000010
    20	51	01010001	51	01010001
    21	01	00000001	01	00000001
    22	00	00000000	00	00000000
    23	00	00000000	00	00000000
    24	00	00000000	00	00000000
    25	00	00000000	00	00000000
    26	00	00000000	00	00000000
    27	00	00000000	00	00000000
    28	00	00000000	00	00000000
    29	00	00000000	00	00000000
As you can see - the values align.

Now, the other records in the CodingLog.CSV file indicate that Btye 1 Bit 0 was changed and then reverted. I don't have the Byte/Bit descriptors for your particular BCM - but my database of MQB BCMs suggests that Byte 1, Bit 0 is the software switch that tells the BCM that KESSY is installed in the car (keyless ignition). But, your auto-scan suggests that the car doesn't have a hex05 module. Please check the long coding helper screen says about Byte 1 on your BCM - perhaps changing this software switch needs the "factory reset" facility in the MENU to be activated (under no circumstances use the factory reset function for adaptation channels in VCDS)- I'm completely guessing?

Sooo, only factory reset in the cars menu is needed, in your opinion?

Just a small remark, this is a Polo 6C and not a 6R. The Polo 6C is the facelifted 6R, introduced in 2014. It shares the same platework but the electrics are completely new. The 6R is based on the PQ25 platform which is sort of... old. The 6C on the other hand is MQB based, the platform is PQ26 but it is not even remotely the same as PQ25.

After going to factory settings and then hitting reset button, no changes. It is still not working.

While long holding unlock button, windows are going down. So it is only about locking/unlocking.

    Any other ideas, please?

ib97: hmm........ bummer, but I did say that I was guessing!!

Another long-shot - have you tried synchronizing the keys using the procedure that is sometimes needed after replacing the battery in the fob? This procedure should be described in the manual for a Polo 6C - but if it's the same as a Golf mk7, remove the plastic cap on the driver door handle that hides the key lock. Press and hold the unlock button on the fob and unlock the driver door with the physical key. Within 60 seconds of unlocking the driver door - insert the key in the ignition lock and turn-on the ignition.

    Yeah, no problem with guessing.

I tried with key already on ignition and then unlocking with another key. Will try this one tomorrow.

Connected it with ODIS. Vehicle can not be found.

It says that communication hardware is deleted. Only official VW can fix that and that should be very costly.

    Does anyone know the prices?

Since VCDS can talk to this car no problem, that sounds more like a problem with your ODIS installation than with the car, no?

The engineering problems are likely insurmountable. It would be like proposing to land a rocket booster section on a barge floating in the middle of the ocean.

Everything is installed correctly, both odis and vcds. There is a missing communication with the car and key. And it can not be reprogrammed with the method mentioned above.
