Hi / Volkswagen CC 2013

Hi There !

I'm new overhere.

Looking to do a conversion on a 2013 CC from USA to EU lightning without having light error message..

Does anyone already did this ?
I did it on a 2012 Touareg some years ago following an internet tuto.. but this time i'm totally lost...

I've seen i've got 4 wires at the tail. i gues :
- Negative
-Park
-Park + Stop / turn (with variable voltage)
-Stop - Turn on the last one.

The idea is to program the :
-Park + Stop / Turn on a Park Stop only
-Stop turn to work only in turn, so i can add an amber led stripe on the transparent lens.

I would like to program the Rear fog Light to.

What i need ? A Light switch with the rear fog on it ? maybe some wiring from switch to Bcm ? (Wich Pin) ?
Maybe i have to wire Bcm to tail also ?

If someone had an idea or already did the job any info appreciated =)
