HEX-NET wifi question

Hello Gents,

I have a Hex-Net wifi version limited to 10 vehicles. I use it only with one vehicle and it still counts down and I got a massege I must register within 4 uses.

I am i missed something? The product is registered as far as i know.

Any info would be appreciated.

You can check your registration status via the config. tool inside VCDS

The requirement to register your interface and VIN limits are two entirely different things.

It looks like you have never Finalized your registration. When you registered back in June, you should have received an e-mail with a Transaction ID that must be used to in VCIConfig as explained in the first video at the following link:

The part most relevant to you starts at about 1:30.

If you cannot find that e-mail, let me know and I will see to it that it is re-sent.
