Question DPF Problem Passat B8 2.0 CRLB

Hi I've got the same problem with often DPF regenerations on my Passat B8 with CRLB engine. In the city 80-100 km, on the highway - around 250 km. I'm monitoring DPF status with ELM327 and Android SW VAGDPF and noticed that usually regeneration starts at calculated soot mass of around 12 g which corresponds to 50% of the limit (I attached some screenshots in different stages of regeneration)
Just before regeneration (on the highway)

There are no any errors in engine module 04L906026ES which has SW 1342. I also have VCDS and if necessary can do some measurements.
    Here is autoscan:
    Code:
]b]Removed. Data from a clone/pirate copy of VCDS is not welcome here.[/b]

Getting help in this forum requires the use of a legitimate VCDS system.

They are available directly from us:
    https://store.ross-tech.com/shop/cat/VCDS

... Or from any of our authorized resellers:
    http://www.ross-tech.com/distributors.php

Let us know if/when you get one and we'll adjust your forum status.

The engineering problems are likely insurmountable. It would be like proposing to land a rocket booster section on a barge floating in the middle of the ocean.
