Is there a way to reset timing chain stretch adaption and oil pressure break in on newer 2.0l FSI AND TFSI engines (ex: CAED, CCTA, etc.) after replacing the timing chain and tensioner? There is a test plan in ODIS for this. I read that this should be reset and someone said that clearing the codes 3x in 10 seconds with VCDS will do this. Is this correct? Are there values to look at to confirm it has been reset sucessfully?
