Audi Q7 2010 TDI S-Line with an air suspension problem

No recent repairs or services. No attempts at repair. Problem is a flashing yellow air suspension light, and the rear end of the vehicle is jacked up to maximum height. Any attempt to use the button in the trunk area to lower the rear has no effect other than causing the light on the button to flash.

I'm only concerned with the Air suspension codes. Not concerned with anything else unless you think it's directly related. I have routinely seen all of the other codes. I haven't cleared it in a LONG time, but I have cleared them in the past and they come back (CAN, door central locking buttons, glo-plugs, distance sensor heater, etc - nothing that either really causes a problem or is worth the cost of fixing).
Step 7 Now that you jumped through the first few hoops of fire, did you check the FUSES/Battery connections?
No. I have not checked any fuses yet. There's no indication that the system is not getting power. It seems to be running for too long and getting cut off.
So, now that all of that is out of the way... It seems I have a LOT of information to point us to the problem, I just don't know how to interpret it all. We have four fault codes, the flashing yellow light (which indicates that the rear suspension is at maximum level), a visual check which confirms that the rear end of the vehicle is jacked up unusually high, and confirmation that I cannot lower the rear of the vehicle using the button in the rear cargo area. No unusual noises or behavior, though with the rear end up like that, it is noticeably impacting handling. This is my main day-to-day family vehicle so I need to get this fixed quickly! I have owned this vehicle for almost two years. It has had intermittent air suspension problems the entire time, but never anything like this. In the past, the problem always went like this: After a startup, the system would drop the suspension all the way down and the green air suspension light (pointing down) would stay on. All air suspension options in MMI would turn gray. I would stop the vehicle, turn it off, restart it, and the problem would go away and not return for weeks or months. The problem I have now is totally new, where the rear end goes all the way up and the yellow light flashes.
Is there any additional data I can collect? I read something about collecting some measuring blocks, but I didn't see any details on it.

No recent repairs or services. No attempts at repair. Problem is a flashing yellow air suspension light, and the rear end of the vehicle is jacked up to maximum height. Any attempt to use the button in the trunk area to lower the rear has no effect other than causing the light on the button to flash.

I'm only concerned with the Air suspension codes. Not concerned with anything else unless you think it's directly related. I have routinely seen all of the other codes. I haven't cleared it in a LONG time, but I have cleared them in the past and they come back (CAN, door central locking buttons, glo-plugs, distance sensor heater, etc - nothing that either really causes a problem or is worth the cost of fixing).
Step 7 Now that you jumped through the first few hoops of fire, did you check the FUSES/Battery connections?
No. I have not checked any fuses yet. There's no indication that the system is not getting power. It seems to be running for too long and getting cut off.
So, now that all of that is out of the way... It seems I have a LOT of information to point us to the problem, I just don't know how to interpret it all. We have four fault codes, the flashing yellow light (which indicates that the rear suspension is at maximum level), a visual check which confirms that the rear end of the vehicle is jacked up unusually high, and confirmation that I cannot lower the rear of the vehicle using the button in the rear cargo area. No unusual noises or behavior, though with the rear end up like that, it is noticeably impacting handling. This is my main day-to-day family vehicle so I need to get this fixed quickly! I have owned this vehicle for almost two years. It has had intermittent air suspension problems the entire time, but never anything like this. In the past, the problem always went like this: After a startup, the system would drop the suspension all the way down and the green air suspension light (pointing down) would stay on. All air suspension options in MMI would turn gray. I would stop the vehicle, turn it off, restart it, and the problem would go away and not return for weeks or months. The problem I have now is totally new, where the rear end goes all the way up and the yellow light flashes.
Is there any additional data I can collect? I read something about collecting some measuring blocks, but I didn't see any details on it.
