A colleague was using software of unknown origin and is now trying to help him. I need a description of the procedure on how to fix it. Thank you in advance for your help.

We'll need you to post a full unedited VCDS Auto-Scan of your colleagues A6 not just those screen shots.

I don't have access to the car yet. I have only such data

Code:
Removed. Data from a clone/pirate copy of VCDS is not welcome here

In order to get help here, you're going to have to post a full scan from a legitimate version of VCDS.

And as this is an English-language forum, please use the standard English version from this page:
https://www.ross-tech.com/vcds/download/current.php

I did wonder as the screen shots hid the VCDS version....

I have nothing to hide. I was just taking a picture of the bug, not the program. I haven't started on this car yet

Uwe thinks you are using a clone/pirate copy not a genuine VCDS, which is why he has deleted your Auto-Scan.

Since this forum is run by Ross-Tech for VCDS owners you'll need to use a genuine copy of VCDS for us to help you.

I wonder why you think up without asking me about the phrase? . I will have a car, I will give him autoscan and paste it.

So another scan from a clone/pirate system. My patience has limits and those limits have just been reached.

Getting help in this forum requires the use of a legitimate VCDS system.

They are available directly from us:
https://store.ross-tech.com/shop/cat/VCDS

... Or from any of our authorized resellers:
http://www.ross-tech.com/distributors.php#pl

Let us know if/when you get one and we'll adjust your forum status.
