New users trying to get verified but need help

Morning,

I've just run two scans with Ross tech hex-can cable and 19.6.2 in both 64 & 32bit on Win 10 with all virus checkers off.

It is saying that module 6C is installed but can't access it and a number of the modules can't be supported due ROD files.

I have a 2013 Audi S7.

Here is the screen shot.

Any help please

Could you pleasy provide a full scan of the car ? These Infomartion are useless

Removed.   Data from a clone/pirate installation of VCDS is not welcome here.

PS: I am quite confident that a legitimate cable and a clean re-installation of VCDS would resolve the issues you have reported with the clone/pirate system you are currently using.
