2019 audi s5 maintenance reset

i had a 2019 audi s5 in the shop today

tried sri reset and no luck

tried going in the 17- instrument and could only read troubles codes , see advanced id

not able to acces adaptation , basic setting coding or anything else in the "not safe" section

there is a pop-up on the advanced id "button" it say unsupported vehicule please update interface.... i have the 19.6.2 and no update possible...

is the car to "new"?

Were you using a current interface (HEX-NET or HEX-V2)? This car is definitely too new for any of our older, "legacy" interfaces.

Did you make an Auto-Scan? If so, please post it.

Did you have the hood open? These new Audis will lock you out of many functions if you do not have the hood open.

We have a hex-net but I didn’t tried it... next time I will try it

Unfortunately no auto-scan we are in tire season over here so less time to do that... next time my customer comes I will try!

He is a good customer so he didn’t really care... next time I will try all that!

did it with the hex-net and it worked great!

and i posted an auto-scan of the s5 and other that could be useful (e-tron and e-golf)
