Passat B8 2014 Auto HVAC ERRORS

Hello,

I have this errors on CLIMATRONIC but I don't find anything on ross-tech fault codes list !!!
Is possible to explain me what SERVOMOTOR is broken because on the RIGHT SIDE I have no heat .
In fact I do not have heat on the ventilation grille from the door, but instead gives little heat on the middle one on the right side of the clock on board !!!
I understood from the ETKA program that Passat B8 have following SERVOMOTORS :
Pos. No.17 in ETKA
5Q0898141B or C = Adjuster unit
Pos. No.18 in ETKA
5Q0907511A = Servomotor
Pos. No.21 in ETKA
3Q0898141 = Adjuster unit
Pos. No.23 in ETKA
5Q0898511 = Control motor for temperature regulating flap
Pos. No.24 in ETKA
5Q0907511A = Servomotor
Pos. No.25 in ETKA
5Q0898511A = Control motor for temperature regulating flap
Pos. No.26 in ETKA
5Q0907511A = Servomotor
Pos. No.30 in ETKA
3Q0898141A = Adjuster unit
Pos. No.32 in ETKA
3Q189814 and 3Q2898141 = Adjuster unit
Pos. No.46 in ETKA
5Q0907511A = Servomotor
As you can see the code 5Q0907511A is identical to positions 18/24/26/46.
Now, which of these codes are on the left and which on the right I can only guess after the ETKA call.
But I don't know which piece is the defective one !!!

Have you tried clearing the errors and then run the adapt flap ends basic setting in HVAC module?

That sometimes helps with sticking motors

Did you notice that the fault frequency = 1? That means the control module saw these faults one time both on the same day - mind they were not seen at the same time. If the time and date is to be accepted, I don't think there is a problem here. As downtime suggested, I would clear the faults and see if they return. If they do, then you may have a problem with the sensor that needs attention.

You should avail yourself of the information found on erWin.VW. There you will find the location of the parts identified in the autoscan. It is a minimal cost to view. The pages at erWin are in pdf format so you can download them to your computer building your own copy of the dealer information for your car.

Yes I clear the errors, I made the FLAP END adaptation basic settings, but the errors reappear !!!
My problem is I don't know what SERVOMOTOR to buy to replace it !!!

Which sensor are you referring to ???

Anybody can create an account on erWin - create an account (which costs nothing), then buy the shortest period of access you can, enter your VIN and download EVERYTHING relating to your car.

That will give you wiring diagrams, component lists, etc. which will answer your questions about part details.

Problem Solved ,

It was needed to change the RIGHT SIDE, cold / heat SERVOMOTOR !!!
The old servomotor have usure on the case in the contact area of the gear that operated the flap, and due to that, the operating gear not stay fixed on servomotor !!
The servomotor is situated under the ventilation unit in the right side of her !!!
Theoretically to change his is possible without removing the glove compartment but is better to be remove him to have more light and space !!!

So..the scan did said that you had problem on the right side..and you fixed the right side. I would ve been amazed if you worked on the left side and that would've fix the right side!
