FeC/SWaP Codes Supported but not Installed?

I noticed these FeC/SWaP codes being "supported" but not installed per my Infotainment system's setup screen. Can anyone tell me what these codes refer to?

00070400 IS for driver voice booster ...helpful with VAN or 7 seat car , when people on back can hear clear you in speakers

Don't worry about supported and installed. It means your headunit can have it but not necessarily your car

Would you use that FEC in conjunction with A9 module?
And if so what platform PQ/MQB and what actual vehicle?
