2016 Fabia 3 rear fog lamp coding

Hi, I currently have a 2016 Skoda Fabia 3 in the workshop. The issue I have is the vehicle is left hand drive but requires a fog lamp on the O/S/R of the vehicle as the owner wishes to register the vehicle in the up. I have purchased and fitted a UK spec rear bulb holder but now need to code/adapt the vehicle to allow the fog lamp to work. Any help on which coding to change would be gratefully received. I have checked the long coding helper (09) Central electrics but I am unable to find anything there.

Have you checked whether the wiring is present to the rear light cluster(s)? When I looked on our previous Fabia (and on an Audi S3 I used to own) there was no wiring to the UK offside for a fog light.

It's probably a good idea to get the WD from erWin for this car
