VCDS 19.6.2 auto scan not working

Hello,

I tried auto scan after connecting the HEX-V2 into my Jetta 2012 model (AJ) and i could not get it to work. i got the following message:
" Function not supported by the gateway "
i tried also Auto detect (CAN only) and it did not work. i updated the software today after getting the notification from the software for the new release.

Can you please support on getting this to work.

Is the ignition switch on? Have you tried it with the engine running?

What are the exact results when you do [Options] -> [Test]?
