Glad to see an active forum for the Ross-Tech software! It seemed to die on other forums.

So I registered here.

So I recently bought a 2019 SQ5 (it's actually the wife's) and I was going to change a few things and noticed that my HEX-CAN doesn't talk to the car. So I was trying to figure out what to do as my son has two VW's......then I figured I would just keep the HEX-CAN (unlimited VIN's) as I still help quite a few people out with it, and I bought the 3 VIN HEX-V2 and will just use it on the SQ5. My son is an engineer, he can buy his own interface!

Really want to see if I can enable the "economy" mode on the SQ5 plus the other standard stuff.

Great to see the product has been so successful over the years, and I guess I don't mind plugging my computer in vs. using a phone. That's all I know!

Yep, you bought an original VAG-COM system in 2001 and upgraded to a HEX+CAN in 2004.

OK, I cheated and looked up the details.

As for the things you'd like to change in that SQ5, please start a thread in the Tweaks section and include an Auto-Scan.
