So sorry about all the confusion, I have revised the matrix based on all the feedback..

How is this one?

I do have fuzzy recollections that mixing G11 with the original G12 was virtually certain to cause a big, sludgy mess.

That I believe is correct, never mix the G11 and G12.

Yeah Peter, that looks good to me. The only thing you might add before slipping it into post #1 is Factory Coolant in the lower right for continuity. Ex https://photos.app.goo.gl/45bL7H53BAzLEnuF6

G13 pfffffft. The EVO is for the E-TRON all electric,RS5,6,7 models with thermostat issues. there are no current plans yet in UK to roll out across entire range yet as when first released it was £85.00 for 1.5 litre.
