Getting a standard AFS error beep few seconds after starting a car (2016GTI SE).
Left headlight is on, low beams, high beams turn on, when toggled. Cornerning light doesn't turn on anymore when making a turn.
However, I noticed that starting the car, the light beam does not come up from low level to car level, like it used to, for a self test. The left light beam is shining to the side of the road, not toward the center.
After erasing trouble codes, these still come back:
In advanced Measuring Values in VCDS:
Right headlight leveling control value -1.5mm
Left headlight leveling control value 1022.0mm
Headlamp power output stage supply voltage 11.4V for both right and left
Left headlight beam adjusting motor:specif…..5.00%
Right headlight beam adjusting motor: spe…..0.00%.
Also, when I compared in the Long Coding window, the right module has a code of 2E0000 but the left module coding is 00000 now. Here is my initial scan before this problem began:

Interestingly, when first starting the car, I do visually see the lens of the left headlight move down, and back up, so it does have power to it, but the lens is all the way to the left, not centered and illuminates left side of the road and oncoming traffic.
I'm new to all this and the terminology, and not sure how to reset the lens?
In VCDS, can I set a value somewhere to have the lens be centered? (I'm guessing comparing above leveling control values of right lamp -1.5 vs. left lamp 1022.0mm, is that the reason why the left lamp is cocked to the left?)
Are there any high level steps I can do in VCDS to reset things to factory settings? (I do have my very first initial AUTO-SCAN log, from which I can grab values for this problem with left headlamp began.)
Any tests can I run to determine what's the problem? Because of the module not coded correctly, would that be the reason why my cornering lights don't come on anymore?
Any suggestions, are greatly appreciated.
