Hello and welcome to the VCDS forum OP.

Is TCU under water or corroded from water ingress?

F125 can fail on the trans and is common buy not as common as water issue & especially when combined with F189 unless a flood car or you spilled you beverage into the shifter?

If you need a TCU after inspecting this please let me know.

    Did you JPPSG?

Also there is a firmware update for the Engine ECU I believe & specifically for the CAT thresholds according to TSB's if you care to have a look at ERWIN via RTFB?

    Didn't see that note.......

Did you load light all tracks from end to end and isolated, what is condition of ignition switch or terminal relays?

You changed the F125 on the actual & attached to transmission and is it set correctly for gear offset to mechanical's whether be cable or the VB?
