Hex-v2 Firmware update not successful

Afternoon,

I am having trouble updating the firmware on my Hex-V2. I keep getting a "Socket Timeout" error. I have looked at other post regarding this and have tried disabling all appropriate firewalls to allow for outgoing updates (router & local firewalls). I have only encountered this issue after updating to 19.6.

Any help on this matter would be of great help.

Looks like you've tried from two different ISP connections today. Were you using the same computer in both cases?

Yes, using the same computer.

Then I suggest trying a different one. You don't need to install VCDS if you don't want to; all you need is VCIConfig.exe and hidapi.dll.
