Alarm function activation
Hello.
I would like to activate factory alarm function on my vw golf 7.5 2018 1.4 tsi comfortline like on this videos:
Can someone approve availability of this function on my car?

Start with posting a complete autoscan so we can see what is in the car...
Not everything you see online can be activated on your car, all depends on the hardware present in the car, therefor we need the autoscan!

This is "Pre Sales Support" so unlikely the op has access to VCDS to run an autoscan

In that case, it will be rather difficult to, "approve availability of this function on my car".

The engineering problems are likely insurmountable. It would be like proposing to land a rocket booster section on a barge floating in the middle of the ocean.

if you buy VCDS you'll be able to retrofit the OEM alarm. you need to install (and wire) the siren under the wipers and the ultrasonic sensor next to the front internal roof lights. then everything needs to be coded/adapted.
my Golf came out of the factory with 13 ECUs. now she has 19. and counting
