My name is Bryan. I am the proud owner of a 2015 Passat tdi se. I am new to VCDS, This ismy first postas well as my first autoscan. I purchased the Hex can cable as a result of my airbag failure dashboard light coming on. Prior to ordering the cable I checked all fuses which all of them looked good, I removed the airbag control module and checked the connector for bent pins/noticeable damage and the module looked ok as well as the connector. With most of the faults reading the airbag control module has no communication I am guessing the ACM went out. Has anyone had these same faults and have any advice as to the best and most cost effective way to fix this? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
