    Hi Jack, I took the car for a drive and the abs, traction control and parking lights are back on, I’m using 0022167 for EPB as I have auto hold and 0002983 for the ABS module.

    I tried the other codes and they didn’t provide any better results

    I took it to VW yesterday and they are also not able to code it, please see my initial post. I think I will go with option 2 and get a second part with the correct part number.

    Really this thread belonged in tweaks or retrofits because this is not a normal comporting repair process.

    Disagree. The OP is trying to fix a car. He's not intentionally installing incorrect parts.
