Firstly apologies as I can not post this in the correct section.
I Recently upgraded from a genuine Hex Can to Hex V2 as my most recent car is threw up the upgrade message, the car is a 2015 A6 Allroad 3.0 272. I am having issues when attempting to code 5F and 6D whereby it will not let me code due to WSC errors, I have mailed Dana and so far has been helpful but the issue still exists even though I have set the WSC info as 12345 123 12345 as instructed. I still cannot access the Green Menu to enable ambient lighting etc, can anyone else shed some light in the issue please?

Address 6D doesn't support the standard [*IDE00323*] Security Access:
Number of invalid keys advanced measuring value to see if it simply has
lock-time that needs to pass. It does use an odd one [*IDE00798*]
Number of possible access authorizations .. but I'm not sure if that is
an actual error counter or not. I wouldn't try logging in again, but I
would check that group to see what's stored.

The issue with Address 5F is likely directly related to
WSC/Importer/Equipment numbers. If you aren't able to change all 3 on
the Adaptation screen you can do so directly from the main VCDS Options
screen > User Interface and Identification tab:

Changing those to non-zero values such as 54321 | 321 | 54321 followed
by Save and restarting VCDS would be my recommendation in that case.
