New DPF to be fitted. Soot resetting

Hello. I have a Skoda Octavia 2.0tdi VRS with PD engine. 192000 miles. A new DPF filter is going to be fitted next week as it's full and will not self regen. Will only force regenerate with DPF light on. So fitting a new one. My question is how is the "Soot" content reset to "0" . And also do I have to replace the pressure sensor even though I replaced and did adaption on it only last month. Can not seem to find any information on the 2.0lt PD engine. Thank you.

It would help if you post a full unedited VCDS Auto-Scan - there have been many firmware versions for the 2.0 PD engine not all of which have the same coding/adaptation procedures.
