An Auto-Scan will give extra information, which might give some hints whether it is possible or not?

As Dave mentioned, we would need to see a complete VCDS scan from this vehicle but if you don't already own VCDS we do not want to see you purchase VCDS for this one thing.
Please let us know if you already own VCDS. If not, and you want our product for other reasons, it may be worth purchasing it as long as you are willing to run a potentially risky suspension calibration and have access to a vehicle hoist (car lift) available.

If things go well, a completely experimental procedure that our distributor in Denmark has may work properly. However, if things end poorly you may end up at the Audi dealer for a non-warranty suspension repair.

I do have vcds and can try to run a complete scan. Not sure if I want to risk doing something wrong. It will probably be expensive if I have to let Audi fix my mess
I know that one car here in Norway has been lowered with vcds, but don’t know who did it. I have access to a hoist, but why do I need this?A.J.
Please do run a complete scan and post it here. That will help us verify the part numbers of the installed modules and determine what's necessary to get you registered/verified.
Honestly, I don't know if a hoist is actually necessary but ODIS (the dealer scan tool) calls it out as a requirement so we never pushed buttons on a brand new Audi in a dealer parking lot to test that requirement.

I'm not aware of any feedback in this forum to date. If you are a VCDS user that happens to own a 2019 Audi e-tron please post the scan.
2019 E-Tron scan, want to lower air suspension ride height
Curious to see if you can figure out how to lower the ride height, I see a bunch of options but am unable to change any, wonder if security access is needed? I'm newer to the VCDS.

I have access to the ODIS system at the dealer, but as far as I know coding changes can't be done with it. Once it connects to the server to load the vehicle coding it automatically wipes out any changed coding, as it compares the current coding to the build coding by VIN, as a security measure/way to return to original if a module gets messed up.
I might try to get in using that code and see what all I can make happen, worst case use ODIS and reload the original, unless you have any other ideas?
That sounds like a plan. If you are unable to finish the process with VCDS you should be able to use ODIS to firstly get it back to a factory-like ride height and perhaps perform the intended tweak like the 4M chassis Q7 guy with that Fahrwerk-SG system.
We managed to lower the E-tron, using ODIS. In the chassis control module, perform a full basic setting of the suspension. On the part that asks to measure the ride height, we added the value we wanted to lower by (this vehicle allowed a max input of 480mm for all four wheels), and after finishing the basic setting found that the car was lower by about an inch to an inch and a half maybe.
If you are able to look into doing it with the VCDS and maybe eliminating the input limit it should be able to go lower.

Yes, that should be it. The test plan only asks for the measurement and to input the result, we used the maximums the test plan would allow which was 480mm on all four wheels.

I added 25mm to each wheel which lowered the car 2 inches YET that was too much and the ride was flat and bumpy (I also got my OUT OF RANGE message when I tried 28mm - I was greedy).
I went with +20mm all around and it lowered the car 1 1/2 inches and drove fine/smooth in Dynamic, smoother in Comfort. PLEASE beware that E-TRONS are complicated vehicles and all kinds of sensors communicate with each other so if one is out of adjustment then the others might bitch about it - play with coding at your own risk.

** hit GO with each of these, let run for a minute (no compressor sounds) then hit STOP, then on to the next

IDE0 3751 - Activate level control system
Please wait until the compressor can no longer be heard.

I did not have a DTC when I followed the entire process above.
Adding one tiny detail here. The e-tron (both the e-tron 55 and the GT) are fussy animals with their diagnostic VIN since they do not support Generic OBD2 so anyone doing this as of October, 2023 should use our current Beta. Using VCDS Release 23.3 will result in VIN/ROD file errors after the initial key cycle.
The same can occur on MLBevo based ICE Q7 or Q8 models, in which case Beta is the answer as well.
