In which part of the forum were you not allowed to open thread? This probably helps figure out why or why not!

Seems to be all forums, where you need to be verified.

I have tried in Product Support, and is not allowed

OK, the problem is you joined the forum using a different e-mail address than the one you provided when you registered your interface, and you did not provide a serial number when you joined the forum. This means we had nothing to match you to a customer record and you could not be verified at that time.

I see you have now added a serial number to your profile, and have changed the e-mail address associated with your forum account to the same one that you used when you registered your system. This has allowed me to match you up to the customer record for that system and get you Verified.

PS: Moving to Forum Support & Feedback.

So if I have no serial I can't get any help on retrofit, for example? :(

I've got a little problem with coding that my auto repair shop can't solve and wanted to get support here to tell them how to fix it... :(

...Repair Shop can register on this forum and get verified... and ask for help! No need for a middle man...

Sure they can, but reality in my country is a little bit different )
they don't want ) it's me who want to get it fixed, not they, so they won't do anything, also mechanics don't speak English :)

If the repair shop is that unhelpful why not either:
- try to find someone with e GENUINE VCDS cable to do the scans/make the changes for you; OR
- buy a GENUINE VCDS cable yourself?

Just start a thread in the New User section. Please include an Auto-Scan for context. Please ensure that your repair shop is using a legitimate VCDS system, because if it's a cloned/pirate system, you really won't get any help here.
