Audi a4 b7 2.0t rough idle ,misfires.

Hi everyone, i am familiar with vagcom.i do most of my own mechanics,timing chains,timing belts,cylinder heads but some things baffle me.i currently own a 2006 audi a4 2.0t.my engine misfires and idles rough until i plug off my valve cover from the turbo breather pipe,then it runs perfect but only after i disconnect breather tube and block the valve cover,any ideas?
