Hello everybody!
I am French and it's my first post on this forum as I just bought an HEX-V2 to investigate what is happening to my 2015 Audi A6 C7 4G.
The symptoms are:
- the retractable MMI Display is blocked closed and no ways to get it open
- no MMI console panel key is responding.
So I started an auto-scan which reveal only one error given by 5F controller:
I am not sure of the exact configuration because I have not the official workshop documents but one interesting thing is this controller should display some sub-systems like E80 which is the control panel.
After this, as this controller manages a MOST bus (optical, easy to see, it's a very specific connector), I tried the Optical Bus Diagnostics in Application menu.
Output is below at the end of the log file.
So I don't know what I can investigate exactly... And a (funny) thing is that this last diagnostic tests the Gateway (J533) which mine has NO Optical connector.
Any ideas... I am sure that the answer is interesting!
