Audi Q3 2.0 TDI, problems with ABS and ESP after odometer changed

I don't have access to the car in this moment but I've called my friend to do that.
However this error just come out after I've changed the ABS coding. All the errors wen't away and I was able to perform J85. Then I have this on ABS
1Fault Found:
00301 - ABS Return Flow Pump (V39)
Because of the history I'm inclined to believe that this error has something related to the coding of other configurations, but I don't know where to start
The error go away if the ignition is off and came back when 70 km/h is reached.

If we assume the coding is correct (I am pretty sure it is), the DTC could also be, because after a Coding, the ABS is performing new internally testing.
So the pump "problem" could have been active before, but not shown.
Also fix DTC's in [44] and [53].

Before the catastrophic swap of instrument cluster everything was fine regarding ABS
When I changed to 050308, I couldn't perform G85 and had 2 problems with both rear ABS sensors. Then I changed again the ABS coding to 0050564 and then I've perfomed with success the G85 and the errors with both rear ABS sensors disappear. But I get this one new.
So I suspect it could be the coding or some other configuration.
The fuses are good and the wiring seem to be in good conditions.

I agree with NEtech. Based on the Fault Frequency: 16 I think it is entirely possible that a preexisting problem was present and the lost coding, followed by coding, may have forced the module to run additional internal calibration or self-checks.
I believe the coding is correct but I don't blame you if you want to have the dealer check it via SVM at this point.

The base coding for engine 2.0 TDI, FWD and Manual transmission, is 1083
if car has start stop, 32768 should be added.
If car has PLA 256 should be added.
if car has indirect TPMS 4096 should be added.
The coding can be 1083+32768+256+4096 -> 38203
The remaining error can be the adaptation channels
