MK4 tdi bew issues after turbo replace/egr delete/stage 2 tune

newbie here but running out of ideas and no close shops. theres enuff online info to confuse ya. ill keep it simple but theres a long story if any of this sounds familiar. blew stock turbo at 225k. replaces with garrett vnt17 and did egr and cooler delete and purchased malone tune at same time. over a week or so got the mechanicals swapped and went to load tune. ecm already had a RC tun that i wasnt' aware of. problem ;

clear it with vcds and it comes right back.
if codes are cleared with bluepoint scan tool it will stay away with vcds. only deleting codes with vcds car will start in 4th gear and not come out. no 1,2,3,5. BP scanner clearing will get car moving and shifting thru all gears but cat will barely get out of its own way.

Looks like induced FOD!

That code exists because the modification's you have done are reflecting incompatible software to your hardware.

Either return vehicle to stock & to do a comporting qualified repair or see your choice of AECD manipulator of record for a bitch out session.

If & when your trans blows up, you now know where to send the bill don't ya?

My guess is that the different behavior between the clears is that the other tool is using the generic OBD-II clear.

If I were to speculate as to a root cause if the above code, I would suppose the TCU is upset with something in the ECU tune.

Hey hey hey stop yelling & at the data as verified to be interpreted you presented, okay?

This is their fault because when a TDI ECU is re-flashed some ECU's default to stick coding or the dopes use a BDM or full image that changes the eeprom and they just negate their duties to you as the consumer & to verify your config, no?

If it smells like Malone leave it Alone?

Well seemed to take care of that issue. Going to do another scan and see if I can fix boost control issue next. N75 is new but thinking I'm going to have to dig into vacuum lines more. All I have to deal with is the reservoir and n75

So heres a new scan. coding is the same as first time i did this without all the faults. only original one is the radio. and looks like 19 coding should be 00007 not a 6. definitely closer to running as good as it did before
