    Hi,

Please post an Auto-Scan for context.

    -Uwe-
The engineering problems are likely insurmountable. It would be like proposing to land a rocket booster section on a barge floating in the middle of the ocean.

Hmmm.. That's not a fault I'm familiar with. It almost sounds like a problem internal to the airbag module.

But before you condemn it, scroll through the first 13 or so Measuring Blocks and look for anything out of place.

Also, check the ground for the airbag module.

    Hi fastboat2003,
Did you change the module because you had this DTC, or did it appear after you changed the module? Was it dealer new? Has the vehicle been in a collision?
    Regards HMC

...and does the replacement module have the same "colour code" as the original one?

Module was replace because of this DTC. This was the recommended repair from the dealer. Module was dealer brand new and ordered from VIN.

Correct, I for one have not seen that DTC before.

But have you looked at the measuring values like I recommended in post #4?

The module is BRAND NEW......how would a brand new module and the old module have the same fault due to measuring values?????
