Many of us Octavia 5E owners have tried the mirror dipping function - and found it to be utterly useless! Why? Because unless you have the memory seat option the mirror position is NOT remembered, so when the mirror dips it cannot be restored to the correct position and the module just "guesses" how long to run the mirror motor to restore it to somewhere approximately like it was - and normally guesses wrong!!!

I've coded it, tried it and within days disabled it in the infotainment menu :banghead:

As of model year 2019 (letter K in vin code at position 10 from left side) it's not possible to code mirror dip with any Skoda without memory seats. The coding with worked until MY2018 simply does nothing in MY2019 cars.

Regarding cornering, these adaptations have to be changed at Octavia MY2017 and up in #09 BCM after security login 31347:
"Leuchte 12NL LB45-Lichtfunktion B 12", not active -> Abbiegelicht links
"Leuchte 13NL RB5-Lichtfunktion B 13", not active -> Abbiegelicht rechts
"static AFS light-Abdimmgeschwindigkeit“, 0.0 %/s -> 50 %/s
"static AFS light-Maximaltemperatur“, 0.0 *C -> 100 *C
"static AFS light-obere Grenztemperatur“, 0.0 *C -> 95 *C
