2009 q7 key fob

I have a 2009 q7 which had two remotes but one got wet and stopped working. How do I reprogram a new one?

Unfortunately, that will need a dealer to make a new key and program it to the immoblizer in the Q7. VCDS cannot access the VAG servers to do that work as VAG will not allow it.

good locksmith can do that too
Q7 can can be buy used and renew and program to car again
but total cost might be similar to dealer
