^^^ Vreihen: the term "fast food" is a antagonym (or contronym) - a term that can have the opposite meaning depending on the context. Clearly, in your video it has the meaning "to fast" (not eat), or "fast" as in "stuck" !! 
Actually the concept of "whopper neutrality" seems to be no more than the well established, economic method of finding which buyer values a product the most - in this case, Burger King has put a price on delivery speed and it appears that some customers are willing to pay that price! Sure there might be a drop in overall volume of burgers sold, but there ought to be a compensating increase in revenue (and profit because there is no increase in cost) from the policy - if the clearing price is selected appropriately.
Interesting application of the time-value-of-a-burger!!
