yes i saw it now that i couldn't access the security access block in central electronics with the AI adapter either, but i was able to change the adaptation values and thats really the important thing for me.

with the HEX adapter and updating from 19.6.0 to 19.6.1 and updating adapter firmware to CB 0.4508 got worse for me!

this is the only channel i could change adaptation values in with the HEX adapter before the update:

this is the same channel after the update with the HEX:

What kind of computer is this?

What's up with: "This copy of Windows is not genuine"?

Unfortunately it's s 4th of July week both guys who need to look at this are on vacation.

The engineering problems are likely insurmountable. It would be like proposing to land a rocket booster section on a barge floating in the middle of the ocean.

I don't really see how thats relevant at all when the AI adapter still kicks the HEX adapters ass on the exact same computer?!

but it's a laptop with windows 7, it's just not a genuin, licensed copy of the windows version but it makes no differens.

Okey then we just wait untill they come back and hope they have some answers for me

I've edited to the thread topic to reflect the actual problem you are experiencing rather than the non-problem of Security Access.

Maybe I'm stupid, bit in the second picture in post #11 you haven't selected "Assistance Light Sensor Correction"... reason that channel 21 isn't showing it's current value is likely because you haven't clicked on the "READ"-button. Most likely you need to select something to change something

I'm waiting for my new Hex-NET to arrive, so will give it a go as soon as I have it!

Don't know what you do or how you do things... Using a non genuine version of Windows isn't that smart either

Try by selecting the item you want to change from the pull-down menu instead of changing channel-number(s)...
