long coding helper

Hi there, my vcds hex+can doesn't have long coding helper option. I folowed some video step by step
and I couldn't proceed because of no long coding helper option was given.

I bought the vcds couple days ago.

Long Coding Helper is generally only available in modules that actually use Long Coding (as opposed to the old-school, regular short coding). Post up an Auto-Scan so we can see which modules in your car actually do.
