I have just received my Hex-Net Interface order and have it up and running on both the Infrastructure and Access Point modes.

However, once I have logged on through VCDS-Mobile, I get a message across the screen in red stating" SD Critical Error! Please contact Ross-Tech for support".

It does not seem to hamper functionality and I have run a full scan and played with Advanced Measuring Blocks and the Dashboard.

I do get a message when I go into Advanced Measuring Values that it cannot find the label file.

I am not sure if this is related to the error on the main screen?

Try a hard reset.

With the interface powered up (either from USB or a car, it doesn't matter), press and hold the red button for 45-50 seconds. Use a timepiece! When you release it, you should hear a short confirmation beep. Now leave the interface powered up for a few minutes while it re-inistializes things. Then re-boot it by removing power for a while.

Thanks Uwe - that has worked and I no longer have the error message.

I still have the problem on "Advanced Measuring Values" where it states that "no label file found" - see image below:
