So:
None of the components/sensors that should get their ground from this "220 Earth connection (sender earth), in engine wiring harness" has any continuity to ground.
All have continuity between each other:
G62 - Coolant tep. sensor
G40 - Hall sensor
G42 - MAP sensor
N18 - EGR valve
G28 - engine speed sensor is the only one I have not checked separatly

I havent found any diagram for every ground point in the car - so I have cleaned the ones I found:
Under the battery tray
On the engine
In the plenum chamber (front of the ECU)

What does this even mean:
"Earth connection (sender earth), in engine wiring harness"

I put my hubby to clean the plenum ground point when I had to run... and he tells me know that ground have been cleaned before!!

If it were mine, I'd probably run a new ground wire (even if only temporary) to the affected components, just to verify that this fixes the problem(s).

It did not help with ground wire. Same fault code on one of the sensors on the Throttle.
Drove to a friend and got a good known VW Throttle to test with.
I remembered to take a picture from the collections of the groundwires to the sensors... shall put it here later. Forgot to take picture of the ready made ground wire - but I used something called Heat Shrink Solder connectors and a 5 square mm wire, around 15 cm long piece to the ground connection by the ECU.
Want to get home some VW heat shrink connectors, where can I find them in Europe?
Going out to test the throttle.....

Wrong size on the throttle - so have to find an other one to test with.

Connection of the brown/blue wires from the sensors to the ECU connector (on the left in the picture):

This is where I attached the ground wire.

Fixed

So - the car is fixed.
It WAS the throttle - so called "VDO" looks like a pirate copy to me.
Look at these two pictures. I took a part the VW original Throttle body in plan to change the electric inside of it. NOT easy so gave up that idea =)
But - doing that - I could get a look at what a original throttle body electric connections looked like:
First picture of the original:

This is how the throttle body mounted in the car looked like:

Lesson learned:
Trust the fault code.
Dont know why - but there is no nead for continuity to ground on wire number 108 on ECU.
The numbers on Measuring block 062 - for accelerator pedal - are still looking same: 14 % on both sensors at rest - and climbing up when pressin the pedal - equally!

At least for Golf IV - 1,6 engine code BCB.

Jack - I forgot all about it.
A fuse then, on the brown wire coming right from the ECU?
What size would be correct? 10A?
The other blue/yellow wire to the heater, is fused 10A.
Also - I need to get home those special connectors for VAG, before doing this proper. Or would it be ok to use the same kind of heat shrink connectors I used for the ground point?
Like these:

Thank you Jack =)

Update on this car.
Owner came back with EPC light lit.
Fault code 16786 - Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR): Excessive Flow

Took out the EGR and it was stuck open a bit.

I took it out and cleaned it, checked function and put it back.

My guess is that it got dirty from the throttle problems earlier. If it comes back will change it.

I also but in the 2A fuse on the main lambda, heater circuit. Forgot all about getting two fuses, for both lambdas. But at least there is one.
Ive been talking to all people I know - and dont know - who works with VAG, here in Sweden, and no one has heard of this problem with lambda heater circuit frying the ECU.
