Need help with 2013 hybrid Q5

Ok I a really am puzzled with this Audi, long story short my sunroof drains were clogged and water got into the trunk cavity where the large 12v battery sits not all that much just enough to look nasty. I disconnect the large 12v battery the small 12v battery in the left corner and ofcorse the big hybrid battery. I clean the water and re connect everything at first was the mmi wouldn't work and all of a sudden that start working but both doors on the Right side down work I checked fuses and everything is fine no wires got wet and everything was working before disconnecting the battery. could it be the order of how batteries get connected? :banghead:

For any control module to communicate, you must have faith in the Holy Trinity:

It would appear that the right side door module, J387 and J389, use the same powers, so I start my search there. Fuse panel F, located in the right rear area.

I already checked the fuses all of them also open one of the doors panel and there is main power going to it

Playing with the battery cables should not cause this.... the left side door modules talk. Pull the right front door panel off, turn ignition on, unplug the door control module, J387.

T20g/18 = power from ST3,SF11
T20g/19 = power from ST3, SF9
T20g/20 = ground
T20g/14 and T20g/15 = CAN data

Do your powers/grounds carry load, light up a light bulb? Does your volt meter show voltage activity at the CAN data wiring? If powers/grounds/data are in place, failed module. I have my doubts you've got 2 failed modules.... I suspect there is a power issue since they are shared power. This is now a case of hands on testing.

hi jef thnx for the info so no terminal on 18. 19 got power ground is good and 14 and 15 keep fluctuating I think that's how should be 4.29-6.50

If T20g/18 doesn't have power, then there is a failure with the Holy Trinity... thus no communication.

You state that fuse ST3 SF11 is good, so dig deeper... does that fuse have power on it? That is a terminal 30 fuse, meaning it will always have power regardless of ignition switch condition... as in, that fuse is wired up directly to the positive post of the battery (electrically speaking)... thus T20g/18 is wired up directly to the positive post of the battery (electrically speaking).
