Just deactivated my passive entry/exit on my drivers and passenger doors on my Seat Ateca Xellence 2.0 TDI Alldrive using VCDS.
Go into 05 - Acc/Start Auth
Coding
Long Coding
Block - OC
Tick both boxes(Byte 0 and 1) - Passive entry door handle for driver door NOT active, and same for passenger door.
Block - OE
Tick both boxes(Byte 0 and 1) - Passive exit door handle for driver door NOT active, and the same for passenger door.
Escape
Click "Do it"
Now I can use the remote only to lock and unlock.

MQB cars from MY18 onwards do support deactivating Kessy temporarily for one locking cycle.

Lock the car using key fob and right after lock again using the door handle.
Now you can only unlock the car using key fob.

MLBevo MY18 (Audi A4/A5) onwards do have a menu option for that deactivation.
