Hello everyone, I'm new here.
I'd like to retrofit my 2011 Tiguan with MFSW wheel and upgrade my radio.
(I know there is a separate Retrofit forum section, but I'm not verified VCDS user. I have reviewed similar posts here, but I'm not car electronics expert like you guys and I want to check facts before I purchase any gear.)
The current steering wheel is 3-arm, bare plastic.
What I would like to get:
Control the radio and computer from the steering wheel, as shown here in VW Golf MFSW retrofit:

The questions here:
- Can I also get cruise control in steering wheel? Will such a newer steering wheel model work with the SCM module that can be installed in my Tiguan?
- Is it possible to get control of the DSG gearbox in steering wheel? Is the steering wheel with DSG blades model supported?
- does moving the computer to the steering wheel force replacement of the right hand shifter?
If the cruise control and DSG blades are too much risk that it will not work, I would be satisfied with a 12-button steering wheel: just radio and computer control.
Currently, the radio is some crappy knockoff (it was like that when I bought the car) - that's why it is not shown in VCDS scan.
Radio I want to buy the Rcd330 Plus 6RD 035 187B with the reversing camera, I saw that in Golf the exchange went smoothly:
