    The MIB is the multimedia interface in the middle of the dashboard.

    After changing the adaption channel you can switch DRL using the MIB/HMI going into Menu > Car > Setup > Lights > Daytime Running lights.

    There is no difference. I guess it was just the missing action to disable the checkbox in the MMI/HMI.
