Hi anyone help here reprograming a key remote for central locking on a seat leon 56 reg go through module 46 central con module adaptions 10channel 1 programme remote indicators flash but still wont open or lock doors. When I check field 10 there is no remote control number stored and when press buttons no readings.:

Hello,

Neither Seat or Skoda are sold here, so I am not familiar with all of the remote part numbers, but that vehicle uses a 1K / Mk5 Golf based 46 module so this page and procedure should apply: VW Golf (1K) Comfort System

If clearing followed by matching all remotes is not working as expected please let us know how many remotes are present and include the VW part numbers that are printed on the remote control part of each flip key so we can try to determine if they are incompatible with the controller.

Yes its the correct remote it stopped working central locking after battery went flat.

The battery is fine the its works when I programme in the remote the indicators flash but doesn't seem to store the programmed.

Factory Mode should never enable on a used controller but I would check Channel 019: Factory Mode and save a new value of off/deactivated even if that is the stored value. Next, I would try a battery (or #46 controller) disconnect to see if that helps. Lastly, this could be a faulty remote so I would try a new one (or the identical part number used remote if you happen to have one handy) before considering #46 control module replacement or digging into antenna diagnosis.

I would say you need to replace your remote. Very common fault.
