2005 Audi S4 chain tensioner issue

Hey all, just did chains and heads on my personal S4 4.2. I replaced the works. Issue I am having is the passenger side upper tensioner is rattling away. It seems as if it's not getting oil pressure. I know it's this tensioner because I pulled the valve cover and even during cranking you can watch it bottom in and out. Stick a screwdriver in there and it's gone. The tensioner is out of an OEM Audi box. Anyone seen this or any ideas?

You check oil pressure maybe not enough pressure or one channel block

Found the issue. The tensioner has two orifices drilled in it. One goes from the head through the tensioner to a reservoir or damper and then another from there to feed behind the tensioner piston. I can see the initial orifice going into the tensioner but when air is applied to it the piston will not react. Looking as if the second one was not drilled...
