Lightsensor sensitivity in 5F

Guys I’m looking to find out if anyone can help me code this in on my 2018 VW polo?

The settings changes the adaption channel "Assistance light functions-Lichtsensorempfindlichkeit" in the BCM, which is where you also should find a way to activate this menu entry. However I have never seen a Polo of this model not having the setting in the HMI right away.
