original fault was P0601 00 (096)- Memory check sum error
Intermittent- not confirmed

i did a software update and never solved it ,tested the battery had measured low Ah like 20ah instead of 68ah.
Stop start only works if the car stalls on pull away ,the decrease the clutch it starts
no other function works besides that.
i did find readiness fault

If it’s the original battery and with the low reading I would suspect that a new one is required, start stop will only work with a battery fully charged and in good condition

DOn't worry about the part number, just change the serial number to anything different from the current value - if the battery is the same capacity and type that's all you need to change.

morning guys ,i never changed the part number ,,one thing ii noticed i took the car home last night .if i pump the clutch pedal a few times quickly..stop start function works .
i see there is a part called a hall sensor that fits on the clutch slave cylinder ,could be faulty part number on parts link 24 ..is 1K0 927 810D.
