First, thank you so much for your replies.

Part, eh?

Well... you are probably right. The seller, I bought it from, had sold that particular in large quantities as it fits various VW engines, and there was not any negative feedback really. Apart from the obvious reason -cost, I find quite annoying that the original part worn out at such low mileage. You know I got mk4 golf that has its own original and it's 140k miles and has no issues.
I took off the from the Skoda, just to clean it up, but noticed a small metal wheel engaging the electromechanical valve control – pretty worn. Not a mechanical engineer but come one, that thing does not have a simple bearing to make it last longer. It spins on a metal . I really dislike the idea of investing money in expensive part which engineering wise is crap.

You do know that each injector is individually coded, right? If they are still in the wrong place, then the will be making incorrect assumptions about two of them.
.
Yes, I coded both injectors as per their new placement.

Moreover, it is not a good idea to "fix" this by reversing the coding of the injectors because that will make the think you have installed brand-new injectors and and throw away the ~70,000 miles worth of wear compensation it should be using.
.
Right, I did not know that. I would not do it otherwise. To determine the root of the problem in this case then I would have sent the injector for a performance test instead. By the way, how long does it take for the to “learn” about the injector’s performance?

Did you at least put the swapped injectors back where they belong?
.
Not yet, but the car has not been driven much at all. Do not want cause further damage. In case I already swapped the injectors and updated the addresses, does it make any difference to put them back as originally placed ?
After all, after some googling I cannot find any explanation about this “adaptation not running ” statement. Lets say the Chinese part is crap, but the throttle is ok. So trouble is that if I do not know whether adaptation is needed, it is very difficult to solve this engine performance problem.
